Ethics Regulations

Welliv aims at trustworthy and respectful enterprises in accordance with the ethics regulations.

Chapter 1. Responsiblities & Obligations for clients

The customer has right to insist on high standards of convenient services as a true manager of the company as the company and its employees intrigue to hear customers' comments to live up to expectations.

1. Customer Respect and Value creation(Customer Satisfaction)
ㅇ Kindly leading customers to a deliberate choice by listening to their comments through the proper channels
- Customer Survey, Customer's Voice Box, Website and etc
ㅇ Constantly devise what customers demand with a creative and practical idea
ㅇ Refrain employees from using customer amenities and provide a cozy and pleasant space through high-maintenance
2. Serving A Customer
ㅇ Serving customers with a smile of great sweetness and amiable voice from the viewpoint of customers.
ㅇ Grasp the point of customer's demand(Exchange, Refund, Inquiry,Request,Improvement) and Handle them swiftly to build up trust.
3. Fulfillment of Promise with the Customers.
ㅇ Fulfill promise certainly with the customers(Appointment, Mending, Delivery,Complaints),however, in the event of such failure,elucidating the subject will be needed.
ㅇ Consider a verbal promise with the customers as Consumer Protection Law in order to establish trust.

Chapter 2. Compliance with the law in the market activity and Respect order in the unfettered market

The company must comply with the law in all regions, which operates in business activities with the transparent management to lead the market.

4. Compliance with the Law
ㅇ Conduct an impartial business by understanding all relevant social customs and market economy.
ㅇ All employees must observe the international trade law and Corrupt Practices Act in accordance with the free market principles
5. Respect order in the unfettered market
ㅇ Do not take advantage of flaws of the competitors in accordance with the mutual respect orders.
ㅇ All employees have no rights to slander the opposing competitors nor disclose any confidential information to take advantage in accordance with the international trade law.

Chapter 3. Coexistence with the cooperative firms

All the business with cooperative firms will be based on a fair opportunity and competiton to promote the mutual interest and coexistence from the long-term viewpoint of all relevant parties.

6. Win-Win Pursuit and Equality
ㅇ Stand on an equal footing with each other for an amicable agreementto develop a rational relationship and cooperation.

ㅇ Promotes the long-term development of cooperative firms and profits by the Standard Cost Investment
7. Mutual Respect and Fair Traiding
ㅇ It is prohibited to shit responsibility to the cooperative firms for expenses incurred during trade with the use of authority.
ㅇ A disadvantageous action may be taken in the event of providing any bribes to the employees or executives of the cooperative firms.
- New Year, Thanksgiving day, End of the Year and etc
ㅇ The pledge of integrity may be required upon transactions between company and cooperative firms

Chapter 4. Basic Ethics of Employees

All employees and executives must accomplish tasks with the management philosophy of honesty and sincerity for self-improvement and impartial performance.

8. Basic Ethics
ㅇ All employees and executives are required to comply with the basic ethics regulations both sincerely and honestly.
- Have a decent daily life through saving instead of visiting luxury leisure establishments
- Do not notify employees of the cooperative fims of family event nor ask for expenditure.
- Do not disclose any information about ingredients, cooker used by restaurants and hotels.
- Do not appropriate funds construction, equipement and etc for personal purposes/
- Entry screening for the dormitory, apartments and business facilities must be handled in accordance with the company policies.
- Do not use company properties forpersonal purposes
- Sexual harassment, profanities again the disabled and violence in the workplace aer stricyly prohibited.
- Do not give a privilage through requesting a special consideration for a job position to acaquaintances.

ㅇ Employees of Welliv fulfills performances with proprieties to ensure compliance with mutual respect.

ㅇ All employees are not authorized to organize a social gathering based on blood ties, acquaintance, academic background, religion and age that may cause disharmony between employees and executives,
14. Prevention of Sexual Harassment
ㅇ Prevent sexual harassement that can cause sales loss, degrading corporate identity and demotivation
- No filthy jokes are allowed during company outing
- No obscene materials are allowed or anything relevant such as physical contact and eroticism
15. Customer Safety
ㅇ All customers are to be protected from any risk elements formed by cooking utensils and ingredients under the stringent hygiene measures.
ㅇ To ensure customer safety during transport, it is mandatory to fasten seatbelts and comply with the speed restrictions.
ㅇ In the event of risk elements found in all of the places involved with the customers, an instant report to the supervisor or the person in charge may be required.
16. Practice on Safety
ㅇ The instant response to emergencies such as fire and disasters may be required to eliminate any risk elements in advance
- Smoking is only allowed in the designated area; prohibited when accompanied by inflammables and in the construction area
ㅇAll customer representatives are required to conduct medical examination to promote national health care.
ㅇ Make safety a way of life by adjusting workload impartially and providing better treatment for moral support
17. Information Safety(Confidential Information )
ㅇ Employees must not disclose techincal knowhow, confidential business information, strategies, and all major company information.
ㅇ Employees must not revise personal information with authority granted as well as disclose password and account for the computer system

Chapter 7. Obligation to comply with the Ethics Regulations

All employees are required to comply with the ethics regulations and take the lead in ethical management

29. In case of violations, thorough inspection may be needed to prevent recurrence as well as drastic measures to protect identity of a reporter.
30. An instant report to the supervisor is required in the event of a breach or any relevant occurrences

Addendum

1. Time of Implementation
ㅇ This regulation will be effective on March 1, 2008
2. Reward & Disciplinary Action
ㅇ Any employees or executives who render great exploits to ethical management may be rewarded while a Disciplinary Action will be taken against those with breach of the Ethics Regulations
- Employment rules: subject to rewards and punishments, rewards and discipline
3. Relevance to other company policies
ㅇ The Ethics Regulations has precedence over other company policies to fulfill ethical management.
