The data is to be shreded after attaing its purposes as a matter of principle, however, in case of the need of preserving, it may be stored for a certain period of time apporved by a Public Act as follows;

- Items to be stored: Name, Email address, Contacts
- Basis: Prevention from service confusion
- Duration: 5 years. The data may be stored for a certain period of time in the event of the need of preserving under the terms of Consumer Protection Law and Public Act. In this case, the data will be only used for the intended purpose and the duration of storage is as follows

- Record for the Contract or Subscription Withdrawal: 5 years(under the terms of Consumer Protection Law) 
- Record for the price settlement or Supply of Goods: 5 years(under the terms of Consumer Protection Law) 
- Record for the Customer Complaints or Dispute Resolotion: 3 years (under the terms of Consumer Protection Law) 
- Record for Credit Information Gathering/Disposal or Use: 3 years (under the terms of the Use and Protection of the Credit Information Act)
